Supervision Services
Steph has worked with interns and supervisees as a Clinical Supervisor and Manager for several years in the following: school-based and acute mental health; clinical therapy and case management with families in crisis; as well as case management and therapy for adolescent and young adults in homelessness or transition. Steph enjoys the opportunity to encourage and support clinicians in the courageous work of self-exploration through their client work. Her hope is to offer a container that enables a therapist to take time and effort to examine, deconstruct, and design a solid clinical foundation.
Consultation Groups (FREE!)
Are you looking for a group to consult with? Peer consultation groups provide a forum for practitioners to meet informally with peers and colleagues to discuss clinical and practice issues in a supportive and confidential setting.
Although most clinicians join regular consultation groups to gain support while managing difficult or high-risk cases, clinicians in this group have also reaped a lot of benefits of being in a community with other mental healthcare providers. Providing consultation and support to a colleague who is also of great support to you not only benefits that colleague, but also affirms your own clinical knowledge. And it always feels good to give back to our communities! Don’t go at it alone, be a part of a team.
