For online sessions, all you need is a computer, a web camera, a microphone and access to the internet for us to connect!
Access to Zoom is free. You can access it through a link that we’ll send you after we get your session on the schedule. It’s totally secure (unlike Skype or FaceTime) keeping your sessions confidential. After clicking on the link that I provide, you’ll just need to click on “Launch Application”. It’s just that simple.
